These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations between Only Wellness and any Client wishing to use its services:
Personal beauty shopping (in-store assistance)
Personalized beauty assessment (routine, budget, advice)
Exclusive access (previews, box sets, partner offers)
VIP service (delivery, workshops, private appointments)
3. Ordering and booking
Reservations can be made:
Directly on the website www.onlywellness.fr
Or by direct contact (email, telephone, social media)
Any order placed implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A written confirmation is sent to the Client to validate the reservation.
Only Wellness reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of non-payment or prior dispute.
4. Prices and payment
The prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Payment is due before the service is provided, by:
Credit card via a secure platform
Bank transfer
Another method accepted by Only Wellness
No service will be provided without prior payment.
5. Cancellation and postponement
You can modify or cancel your appointment subject to the following conditions:
More than 48 hours in advance: full refund or postponement possible
Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% of the amount is due
Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or no-show: the full amount is due.
In the event of cancellation by Only Wellness (unavailability, force majeure, illness), the service will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, dated services (support, workshops, diagnoses) are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
However, Only Wellness may, on an exceptional basis, offer to reschedule appointments, depending on availability.
7. Responsibility
Only Wellness is committed to providing quality and personalized services.
However, the company cannot be held liable for:
Skin reactions linked to products not supplied by Only Wellness
Aesthetic results perceived as unsatisfactory
Indirect damages related to the use of services or advice received
8. Personal Data
Only Wellness places great importance on the protection of your data.
The information collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, images, photos, logos, videos, design, graphic charter) is the exclusive property of Only Wellness.
Any reproduction, distribution or modification without written permission is prohibited.
10. Force majeure
Only Wellness cannot be held responsible in the event of an unforeseeable and irresistible external event preventing the provision of a service (strike, breakdown, illness, pandemic, natural disaster, etc.).
11. Complaints and Mediation

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district where Only Wellness is headquartered, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
